Pricing for Airbnb management in Tromsø

Two levels

5 % – Co-host. You already have a listing and an account. We answer the guests, manage the calendar and follow up reviews. Pricing, keys and cleaning are yours.

10 % – Operations. The whole day-to-day operation: dynamic pricing, guest communication around the clock, check-in and checkout, cleaning coordination, property inspection after every stay, Booking.com listing with calendar sync, and damage and claims.

Photos and listing setup

If the property needs professional photos and a new listing, that's from NOK 2,000 — once, at the start. Not a higher percentage forever. The price depends on the size of the property.

What the commission is calculated on

Commission is calculated on the payout for the stay — that is, after the platform's own fee and excluding the cleaning fee the guest pays. If the listing is on your account, our share is deducted automatically through Airbnb's co-host payout. If it's on our account, you receive a monthly settlement from us with a breakdown of every booking.

Cleaning and linen

Cleaning and linen change are billed per changeover, from NOK 1,500 depending on the size and standard of the property. The amount is normally added to the listing as a cleaning fee so the guest covers it. With a minimum number of nights we make sure no booking loses money on cleaning.

No lock-in

No fixed monthly fees and no minimum term. One month's notice, either way. If the listing is on your account, the listing, reviews and guest history are yours and stay with you.
